CUSTOMER CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you give us, Malloury Dagon LLC and/or print on demand and/or drop shipping company consent to collect the information and use it for that specific reason only.

All artwork on clothing for sale created and owned by Malloury Dagon LLC, and artwork on this site, owned by Malloury Dagon LLC, shall have no other persons or entity acting as if they have ownership rights of artwork, to include use of images for outside entity marketing, other than marketing for benefit of Malloury Dagon LLC, Malloury Dagon, or Malloury2Dagon, unless legal permission given.

Return and Refund Policy

  RETURNS AND REFUNDS HANDLED THROUGH PRINT ON DEMAND AND/OR DROP SHIPPING COMPANIES. CONTACT TO MALLOURY DAGON LLC MAY BE ACCEPTED IF ALL OTHER AVENUES HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED. EXAMPLES OF GENERAL CONDITIONS THAT THESE COMPANIES MAY ADHERE TO, AND MALLOURY DAGON DOES ADHERE TO ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Terms of return: must be requested within 30 days of purchase date
  • Condition of returned item must be unworn, undamaged, and unchanged if for reasons  agreed upon before purchase (ie: does not meet specifications as stated)
  • Reason for return (if different than above) must be damaged as a result of production, wrong product packed by shipping or printing company, or entirely unclear dimensions or product on site (in that case NOT produced by  shipping company or buyer error)
  • Process for return will be started to include adequate photographs of product/s. Please include requested information.
  • Shipping will be in United States only.
  • Process of refund: after all terms have been met for process requested by handling entity, and/or after item/s have been returned and inspected, full refund will be given to same purchaser and same method of payment
